Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed economic activities, especially in entrepreneurship and business management. The younger generation, particularly vocational high school students, needs to be equipped with entrepreneurial competence, business management skills, and digital marketing abilities to face increasingly competitive challenges. However, many students still have limited understanding of how to start a business, manage finances, and utilize digital media for marketing purposes. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to develop young digital entrepreneurs through training in business management and digital marketing for students of SMK Cinere. The activity was carried out at SMK Darur Roja involving 66 students. The methods used included seminars, interactive training, business simulations, group discussions, question and answer sessions, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The training materials covered entrepreneurial mindset, business opportunity analysis, basic financial management, branding strategies, social media marketing, marketplace utilization, and customer service management. The results showed a significant increase in students’ understanding of entrepreneurship by 34%, business management by 31%, and digital marketing skills by 37%. Students also became more confident in creating business ideas and utilizing technology as a source of income. In conclusion, this program successfully improved students’ entrepreneurial readiness and encouraged them to become adaptive, innovative, and competitive young entrepreneurs in the digital era. Continuous collaboration between schools and universities is needed to sustain similar programs in the future.
